How to cook
Air Fry From Ambient
Heat for 12-15 minutes in the airfryer at 200°C.
Deep Fry From Ambient
Preheat oil to 175°C. Place fillets into a cooking basket then fry for 3-5 minutes. Drain and serve.
Oven cook From Ambient
Preheat oven to 200°C. Place fillets on a non-stick baking tray. Cook in centre of oven for 10-15 minutes. Remove from oven and serve.
