Cooking Instructions General

This product must be cooked before eating All cooking appliances vary in performance, these are guidelines only. Check the product is piping hot throughout before serving. For best results always cook from frozen:

Microwave From Frozen

2 mins, 800W 1 min 30 secs, 800W 1. Remove tenders from all packaging and place on a microwaveable plate. 2. Microwave on full power (800W) for 2 minutes. 3. Turn tenders over and cook for a further 1 minute 30 seconds.

Oven cook From Frozen

22-25 mins, 200°C 1. Remove all packaging & place on a baking tray in a single layer. 2. Cook for 22-25 minutes in a pre-heated oven at 200°C/ 400°F; Fan 180°C; Gas Mark 6.
