How to cook
Cooking Instructions General
This product must be cooked before consumption. These guidelines are given as a guide only as all appliances vary. Ensure product is piping hot before serving. Do not reheat. Take care when opening pouch as hot steam will escape.
Hob From Frozen
Remove pouch from box. Place pouch into pan of boiling water. Bring the water back to the boil and simmer for 30 minutes. Remove from pan. Shake pouch gently before serving. Open pouch carefully and serve.
Microwave From Frozen
(800W) Remove pouch from box. Pierce pouch several times. Place on a microwavable plate. Cook on full power for 5 minutes. Remove from the microwave, shake pouch gently and cook for a further 5 minutes. Stand for 1 minute then shake pouch gently before serving. Open pouch carefully and serve.
Oven cook From Chilled
Electric 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas Mark 6 Ensure the product is thoroughly defrosted before cooking. Remove all packaging. Empty contents of pouch into a casserole dish and cover with foil or lid. Cook in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven, stir and cook uncovered for a further 5 minutes. Stir before serving.

Ideal for a very tasty meal especially if its slow cooked and a dash of red wine. Very tender. Our favorite. Must be cooked according to instructions for best results.

This reminds me of granny's cooking the flavour is spot on & all the meat was soft will definitely be getting more with some mash.
