How to cook
Microwave Frozen

Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid several times.
Place on a microwaveable plate. Cook for 7 minutes.
Stir, replace film lid and cook for a further 4 minutes.
Stand for 1 minute and stir before serving.
Oven Frozen
Fan 180°C
Cook time:
- 45 min.
Gas 5
For conventional electric ovens adjust time and temperature to suit.
Pre-heat oven.
Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid several times.
Place on a baking tray near the middle of the oven and cook for 35 minutes.
Stir, replace film lid and return to the oven for 10 minutes.
Stir before serving.

Sorry, but it tasted revolting. Even on a diet and needing a filling meal I left the sausages, they were like eating cardboard.

This is absolutely delicious, super tasty and filling. It has a lovely spicy kick which is just right & the rice has a lovely texture. Will definitely be buying again
