Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid several times.
Place on a microwaveable plate.
Cook for 7 minutes.
Stir, replace film lid and cook for a further 4 minutes.
Stand for 1 minute and stir before serving.
Oven
Fan 190°C
Cook time:
- 1 hr.
Gas 6
For conventional electric ovens adjust time and temperature to suit.
Preheat oven.
Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid several times.
Place on a baking tray near the middle of the oven for 50 minutes.
Stir, replace film lid and return to the oven for 10 minutes.
Stand for 1 minute and stir before serving.

I never enjoyed this meal the chicken was very watery. Gave it a 2 star as the veg was quite nice. I wouldn't but this one again.

Carrots were like rubber. Unlike other meals I have tried in the range. Very little chicken. Taste was poor.

I would have gave this meal five stars but it was watery.I would have it again as filling, plenty of chicken and vegetables .The portion size is great .

Very hot and spicy. So get a cold drink with it. And filling.

I wasn’t very impressed with this meal The chicken tasted like boiled chicken Not very nice But could’ve been a one off so probably will buy again

Disgusting!! 🤮 Chicken rubbery no sauce and no flavour. Definitely not buying again!

Worst meal I have tried yet. Chicken was grey and mushy, veg tasteless. Will definitely not be buying again, it sent in the bin along with the other one I still had in the freezer.

It has curry taste but how? It should be chow mein. It’s ok to eat once, but not recommended at all.
