For conventional electric ovens adjust time and temperature to suit.
Preheat oven.
Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid several times.
Place on a baking tray near the middle of the oven and cook for 50 minutes.
Remove film lid, stir sauce and return to the oven for a further 10 minutes.

Sauce is not thick enough in my opinion

Not very nice! The chicken has the texture and taste of reformed chicken, not a chicken breast, and the token bit of mushy veg wasn't nice either. The meal was spicy too. Not one I would recommend or buy again.

Poor quality at high price

Horrible - the chicken shrank and it's obviously cheap chicken because there was so much water that came out of it and into the sauce, I had to pour a lot away. Could have been great, but this is definitely one to avoid and make yourself at home.

Chicken was hard and rubbery, sauce was weak and bitter tasting. The few vegetables that came with it were the only nice part of the meal.

Plenty of flavor, great easy meal to put in the oven. Sometimes its nice to take a break from the prep of cooking :).

An absolute delight, tasty, filling, really a nice surprise. Had with SW chips, made a very satisfying meal. Cooked for a little longer than they said as after 50 mins chicken was still slightly pink. Will definitely have this again!
