Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid several times.

Place on a microwaveable plate and cook for 6 minutes.

Stir both compartments, replace film lid and cook for a further 7 minutes.

Stand for 1 minute and stir before serving.

Oven

Fan 180°C

Cook Time

- 40 min.


Gas 6

For conventional electric ovens adjust time and temperature to suit.

Preheat oven.

Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid several times.

Place on a baking tray near the middle of the oven and cook for 30 minutes.

Stir both compartments, replace film lid and return to the oven for 10 minutes.

Stand for 1 minute and stir before serving.
