How to cook
Oven Frozen
Fan 180°C
Cook Time

For conventional electric ovens adjust time and temperature to suit.
Pre-heat oven.
Spray a baking tray with low-calorie cooking spray.
Remove required number of meatballs from packaging.
Place on a baking tray in the middle of the oven and cook for 22 minutes turning halfway through.
Pan Cook Frozen

- 16 min.
Pre-heat a non-stick frying pan with low-calorie cooking spray over a medium heat.
Add the required number of meatballs.
Cook for 16 minutes, turning frequently and reducing the heat if necessary.
Air Fry Frozen
1400W 4 litre 170°C
Cook Time
- 15 min.
Based on a whole bag.
Put the meatballs into the air fryer basket in a single layer and spray with low-calorie cooking spray then cook for 15 minutes.
Turning halfway through.
