How to cook

Barbecue From Frozen

Cook from frozen as above, finish off on BBQ.


Cooking Instructions General

For best results always cook from frozen. Remove all packaging. Cooking Precautions All appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Check food is cooked thoroughly and piping hot throughout before serving. Take care as sausages can be extremely hot after cooking. Extra care must be taken when pan frying/BBQ as spitting may occur.


Grill From Frozen

Medium heat Place the sausages on a baking tray under a preheated grill and cook for approximately 15 minutes, turning occasionally until brown.


Oven cook From Frozen

200ºC/Fan 180ºC/Gas 6 Place on a baking tray in the centre of a preheated oven for approximately 25 minutes, turning occasionally.


Shallow Fry From Frozen

Medium heat Pre-heat oil, add sausages and cook for approximately 10 minutes, turning occasionally.
