How to cook

Cooking Instructions General

Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout. Do not reheat. Note: All appliances vary, the above cooking instructions are guidelines only. Tip: We recommend using the Salt & Chilli Sprinkle seasoning according to your preferred level of spice! Caution: Beware of escaping steam.


Microwave From Chilled

Remove all outer packaging, leave the sprinkle sachet aside for later use. Carefully using a scissors cut open the plastic pouch. Place the mini ribs into a non-metallic microwavable dish. Place the product into the microwave. If cooking from chilled, cook on full power for 2 1/2 mins. Remove product from the microwave. Liberally sprinkle the seasoning sachet over the mini ribs and place back into the microwave. Cook on full power for a further 30 seconds. To serve, carefully cut the mini ribs into individual ribs.


Microwave From Frozen

Remove all outer packaging, leave the sprinkle sachet aside for later use. Carefully using a scissors cut open the plastic pouch. Place the mini ribs into a non-metallic microwavable dish. Place the product into the microwave. If cooking from frozen, cook on defrost for 4 mins, then cook on full power for a further 2 1/2 mins. Remove product from the microwave. Liberally sprinkle the seasoning sachet over the mini ribs and place back into the microwave. Cook on full power for a further 30 seconds. To serve, carefully cut the mini ribs into individual ribs.


Oven cook From Chilled

Preheat oven to Fan 180°C/Electric 200°C/Gas Mark 7. Remove all outer packaging, leave the sprinkle sachet aside for later use. Carefully using a scissors cut open the plastic pouch. Place the mini ribs on a non-stick baking sheet or a baking sheet lined with baking parchment. Place the product on the middle shelf of the pre-heated oven. Cook uncovered for 20 mins if cooking from chilled Carefully remove the product from the oven. Liberally sprinkle the seasoning sachet over the mini ribs and place back into the oven uncovered for a further 5 mins. Carefully remove from the oven. To serve, carefully cut the mini ribs into individual ribs.


Oven cook From Frozen

Preheat oven to Fan 180°C/Electric 200°C/Gas Mark 7. Remove all outer packaging, leave the sprinkle sachet aside for later use. Carefully using a scissors cut open the plastic pouch. Place the mini ribs on a non-stick baking sheet or a baking sheet lined with baking parchment. Place the product on the middle shelf of the pre-heated oven. Cook uncovered for 30 mins if cooking from frozen. Carefully remove the product from the oven. Liberally sprinkle the seasoning sachet over the mini ribs and place back into the oven uncovered for a further 5 mins. Carefully remove from the oven. To serve, carefully cut the mini ribs into individual ribs.
