Far too sweet for me. More like a port than a wine. Not for me.

My favourite Iceland wine at a great price. I am not a wine expert but this tastes great as soon as it is opened, even cold from the shed. I find it smooth and jammy and very moreish. I always include it with my order and stash it away, but it does not remain stashed for long

Excellent value. Easy drinking, robust, my favourite red from this store.

An excellent red wine that is smooth to the palate. I normally stick to Chilean or Argentinian as that's to my taste, but read the reviews and decided to give this a go. I have not been disappointed! Sells out fast and is at a good price at Iceland....I recommend it having bought three times in last few orders!

I'm still undecided that's me not the wine. I'm a Californian / Oz wine drinker but I don't have a closed mind. My first glass left me with an impression that this was an aggressive wine with slightly bitter under tones. However, my palate gradually adjusted to the change and I could see why other reviewers suggested it went well with a good steak. I'm still a Californian wine enthusiast but maybe with a strong meat dish, I would choose this wine. - Hank

I`ve bought this wine twice now. The first time I wasn`t ready for how heavy, how smooth and how smokey it was (and I drink heavy wines). The second time I jumped on the "David bandwagon". I will definitely be buying this again.

I agree with David, don't buy it, leave it for me. I have bought around 6 bottles of this at the end of 2019 and it has been reliable, dark in the glass, slightly plummy and velvety smooth. The type of wine that evaporates in the glass :-) If I am going to drink a glass of wine, I want to really enjoy it, and I do with this one. My current favourite at a great price

Had this win recently at a lovely Italian restaurant. I should say please don't buy it. Leave it for me it is fabulous.

This wine was really smooth with only a hint of tannin. Worth the price. Great with steak or pasta with meatballs. Would I buy it again? You betcha!
