How to cook
Cooking Instructions General
For best results cook from chilled. The following instructions are guidelines only. Ensure the product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot before serving.
Oven cook From Chilled
1. Pre-heat oven to 180°C. 2. Place steak into baking tray and put the melt back on to the top of the steak. 3. Cook for 18 minutes for Medium and 20 minutes for Well done. 4. Allow to rest for 2-3 minutes before serving.
Shallow Fry From Chilled
1. Preheat a little oil on frying pan on a high heat. 2. Remove the mac n cheese melt and set to one side. 3. Season steak with salt, pepper and a little oil 4. Sear the steak for 1 minute each side. For a more well done cook increase searig time to 2-3 minutes each side.
