How to cook

Oven cook From Frozen

In a Conventional Oven: Put the frozen balls on an ovenproof tray and heat for 10-12 minutes on 200°C. Turn over after half the time. Please ensure food is cooked until piping hot (core temperature of approximately 70°C). Enjoy!

Shallow Fry From Frozen

In a Pan: Fry the balls in oil from frozen on medium heat for approximately 13-15 minutes. Stir often so they don't burn. For a shorter cooking time the balls can be preheated in a microwave (800W) for 1 minute. Thereafter cook them in an oiled pan for 3-4 minutes.

We really enjoyed these! We had them on a wrap with burger sauce and grated cheese, delicious. I tried one on its own just to see what it tasted like, it was a mild flavour that reminded me of the sauce used on spare ribs. I will definitely be buying these again and I think they would be great for spaghetti and meatballs.

Excellent. Taste good, and go well in pasta dishes and stews.

Sorry, I found these quite bland on their own, so I mixed the remainder with ground nuts and cooked veg to make a vegan roast, which was far more tasty. Won't be buying again.
