How to cook
Oven cook From Frozen
All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only:
45 min. per kg
- Pre-heat the oven to 190°C/375°F/Gas mark 5. Remove all packaging. Place the turkey in a roasting tin & cover with lightly greased foil.
- Cook for 45 minutes per kilo or until juice runs clear after piercing the leg. Remove foil 30 minutes before the end of cooking. Ensure food is cooked thoroughly.
