How to cook

Oven Frozen

Fan 180ºC Cook time: 13 min. - 16 min.

Remove from all packaging.

Place product on baking tray near the middle of the oven for 13-16 minutes.


Pan Fry Frozen

Pan Fry Cook time: 7 min. - 9 min.

Remove from all packaging.

Heat a little oil in a frying pan over a medium heat.

Fry over a medium heat for 7-9 minutes, turning occasionally.

When you look at these on the website, it looks like a big bag! Do not be fooled, what you actually get is a really tiny bag of veg no bigger than an average woman's purse! Very disappointed and no way value for money, far too expensive for the tiny amount you get.

They were really nice, Great as a part of a stir fry or just as nice alone, they had a nice texture great with any sauce and really healthy too!

Your vegan food is delightful, full of flavour,versatile ,quick and easy to cook I am not the vegan in my house but i might change my diet.

Great on a wrap with some minted yogurt or hummus, either for lunch or if you're at home and need a quick snack.

I've just had them in a wholewheat wrap with hummus, marmite and tomatoes and it was absolutely delicious! Great to have them around for a nice snack when you don't feel like cooking, or they could make a great appetiser. Even if you're not a big fan of kale (I know I'm not), I'd still recommend you give them a try.
