How to cook

Oven cook From Frozen

Always wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after handling raw meat. Remove all packaging. For best results slow cook. 120 mins Pre-heat oil in a pan and the oven on a medium heat (180°C/Gas Mark 5). Fry the meat in a frying pan until brown on all sides. Place in a casserole dish with your preferred stock and vegetables. Cook in the oven for up to 2 hours. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout, no pink meat remains and the juices run clear. Not suitable for microwave cooking.

The only place locally I can find 'real/authentic' goat meat. Please do not trust your halal butchers who claim they're selling goat meat when trey're actually selling mutton.
