Place on a microwaveable plate.

Cook for 6 minutes.

Stir, replace film lid, cook for a further 3 minutes.

Stand for 1 minute before serving.

Oven Frozen

Fan 180°C

Cook Time

- 45 min.


Gas 6

Pre-heat oven Fan 180°C/Gas 6.

Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid several times.

Place on a baking tray near the middle of the oven for 45 minutes.

Stand for 1 minute before serving.
