How to cook
Defrost
in a refrigerator
Cook Time
- 12 hr.
Remove required amount from all packaging, place on a plate, cover.
Defrost in a refrigerator for 12 hours.
Once defrosted, consume immediately.
BBQ Defrost
Cook on the barbeque, turning frequently until thoroughly cooked and juices run clear.
Oven Frozen
Cook Time
- 35 min.
Pre-heat oven Fan 180°C.
Remove required amount from packaging.
Place on a baking tray near the middle of the oven for 35 minutes.
Turn half way through cooking time.
SKEWERS WILL BE VERY HOT ONCE PRODUCT IS COOKED!
