Really enjoyed Brains ******* in the past but having had a break from them for a while decided to buy some and try them again. Unfortunately they aren't what they used to be. The ******* themselves are very crumbly and I really don't know what they've done to the gravy - it seems more of a jelly texture than the lovely smooth gravy it once was. Not sure I'll be buying these again.

I used to have these Brains ******* many years ago. Since then I have bought at a butcher or even made my own. How times have changed. These Brains ******* are vastly overprocessed and under flavoured. So soft you could almost eat them through a straw. Quite nasty and gave us stomach ache.

My local butcher used to make his own ******* and they were firm and full of flavour. I guess I had those in mind when I tried these. There is nothing wrong with them but for me, they had a very mild flavour and a loose texture. The gravy was fine although I added chopped onion. Give them a try if you prefer a milder taste. - Hank

We love these, they are so tasty in a rich gravy, they are our go to choice for a quick tasty meal.

Horrible. Used to eat these a few years ago and the were lovely tasting, firm in texture Served up in a delicious rich gravy sauce. In contrast to now the are vile, mushy processed soggy meat which is impossible to firm up. Totally inedible. Not sure what’s happened to the original recipe but Iceland would do well to remove these from their shelves. I completely wasted my money as the whole lot went in the bin as even the dog refused to eat them.

These ******* are much nicer than the ones picked up at my local pub. I really enjoyed putting these ******* in my mouth and would love to do so again.
