I love a good Chinese curry sauce and was sceptical about trying this and I am so glad I did, simple to make and tastes great. Definitely my go to curry sauce from now on. A few people complain about the powder being lumpy, I add the powder to the pan, whisk in a little water to create a paste then mix in the remaining water, that way you'll easily manage to break down the lumps and have a lovely smooth sauce. Lovely on chips.

Absolutely brilliant Chinese style sauce, just like I ate when in Hong Kong last year. For a large portion, I mix 50g with 200ml of water (or 35ml with 130ml water for a medium portion), add a diced onion, some frozen peas, shredded carrot and cooked chicken breast or prawns. Simple meal in minutes.

Lovely! Just like the real Chinese curry sauce - Easy and lovely recipe - Fry a large onion. Make the sauce, add the fried onion, a cup of defrosted frozen peas and a mug of defrosted cooked prawns or shrimps. Cook and stir for 3 or 4 minutes and stir. Add boiled rice or pour curry onto chips! Knock everyone out with your lovely curry!

Pleasantly surprised. Tasted great on chips, very warming. 6 tablespoons in 340ml cold water, kept whisking on low heat, no lumps. Good value as plenty of powder left, will be a regular purchase.

This has recently changed. It is no longer like Chinese curry. I'm hoping it was just a bad batch.

This used to be amazing barring struggles with lumps it tasted like chinese curry but this last bath tastes more like the awful chippy curry with sultanas. Not sure why its changed but it isnt a good change.
