How to cook

Defrost

at room temperature

Defrost at room temperature for 2 hours.

Once defrosted, use immediately.


Oven After Defrost

Fan 160°C Cook time: - 22 min.

Gas 4

Remove outer packaging and lid.

Place on a baking tray near the middle of the oven for 22 minutes.

Serve directly from the foil tray.


Microwave After Defrost

Cat E Cook time: - 1 min. 40 sec.

Remove from all packaging, turning out onto a microwavable plate.

Heat for 1 minute 40 seconds.

Stand for 1 minute before serving.

Thank you Iceland! Lovely Ginger flavours, Beautiful sponge & lots of sauce. Had it with clotted cream as an extra treat! Best pudding I have bought from Iceland.

All the family loved this Ginger pudding, i can’t wait to try the sticky toffee apple one now. I think it’s better than my home-made old fashioned ginger pudding.

All ages just loved this. Great winter treat

Awful texture. Dense sponge with no bounce back. Didn’t taste of ginger. The sauce was a cloying butterscotch…a bit greasy & far too sweet. Disappointing product that I would have scored at zero.

Awful. The sponge wasn’t light or bouncy. It was soggy and indented when poked. There was zero spring back. Not enough ginger flavour. The pudding actually tasted of burnt dark treacle in a very unpleasant way. The sauce was more a heavy butterscotch & far too sweet. Disappointing and product was lacking a quality I’d have expected with her putting the Mary Berry name to this monstrosity. I’d score it zero if I could.

Nice gooey ginger cake , can really taste the ginger. Tasted better in the microwave , overcooked in oven.

Great product, very delicious, will buy again.

Was very nice, did not taste awful but I prefer the original ginger pudding

Disappointed. The texture once cooked didn’t resemble sponge, the sticky sauce on top was thick and intensely sweet. Hard to taste any ginger. Nothing like the photo on the packaging.
