How to cook

Grill From Chilled

Place items under a pre-heated moderate/medium grill and cook for approximately 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.

Shallow Fry From Chilled

Add to a well-oiled frying pan and fry over a medium heat for approximately 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.

Cooking Instructions

Remove all packaging including black pudding and fruit pudding casing.

Ensure products are thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout.

For the sausages, ensure no pink meat remains and the juices run clear.

Not suitable for microwave cooking. Do not re-heat.
