How to cook
Cooking Instructions General
Remove all packaging including black pudding and fruit pudding casing. Ensure products are thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout. For the sausages, ensure no pink meat remains and the juices run clear. Do not re-heat. Not suitable for microwave cooking.
Grill From Chilled
Place items under a preheated moderate/medium grill and cook for approximately 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.
Shallow Fry From Chilled
Add to a well-oiled frying pan and fry over a medium heat for approximately 10 - 12 minutes, turning occasionally. Drain well before serving.
