My family really enjoyed these on pancake day

Bought the unsweetened ones and they were really unpleasant - thick and doughy. When they were warmed they turned into a greasy. 'gloopy' mess. Definitely won't be buying again

Very tender, love the unsweetened pancakes with a bit of honey or syrup
Submitted by Cwc Cole on 19/2/2021
They taste ok, I bought unsweetened ones, but they are NOT pancakes, They’re crepes. This brand makes beautiful Dutch style Poffertjes, mini ones, but these are nowhere near as good. It’s a terrible shame that they taste the same as every other ready made pancake/crepe... Still better than cooking my own feeding 7 of us... life’s just too short!

No idea what they’ve done to these but my kids won’t even eat them now they are disgusting

New packaging, new recipe list of ingredients now contains Plam Oil, "which continues to be major driver of deforestation of some of the world’s most biodiverse forests, destroying the habitat of already endangered species like the Orangutan, pygmy elephant and Sumatran rhino. This forest loss coupled with conversion of carbon rich peat soils are throwing out millions of tonnes of greenhouse gases into the atmosphere and contributing to climate change. There also remains some exploitation of workers and child labour". "Palm oil is less saturated than butter and contains no trans fat. But just because it's not as bad as trans fat doesn't make it a health food. According to Harvard nutrition experts, palm oil is clearly better than high–trans fat shortenings and probably a better choice than butter. But vegetable oils that are naturally liquid at room temperature, such as olive oil and canola oil, should still be your first choice".
