How to cook

Shallow Fry From Frozen

Fry in a little oil on medium heat for 8-10 minutes, turning once.

Oven cook From Frozen

Preheat oven to 180°C/360°F/Gas mark 6. Place on an oven tray. Put in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, turning once. Do not overcook as this will spoil the texture.

Air Fry From Frozen

Pre-heat air fryer at 180°C and cook for 8-9 minutes, turning once.

Cooking Instructions

For best results cook from frozen.
