These are really poor quality sausages. I found that the artificially constructed skins shrunk alarmingly on cooking and looked very unappetising. There was no texture to the sausages and they tasted very bland. If you want cheap sausages and you're not too bothered about the quality then you'll probably enjoy these but I was distinctly underimpressed.

These sausages are not only the best I have tried from Iceland, but they are some of the best sausages I have tried full stop. they have great texture and fantastic taste, I have cooked them in the frying pan and in the over and they are perfect every time, I will be using these for BBQ's this summer as they are great value and I know everyone will like them. I cant recommend these sausages highly enough. well done Iceland!
