This Lacto free milk is beautiful. Please can you start selling the Arla Lacto free cheese? I have to go elsewhere for this.

It’s normal milk , so it tastes exactly the same It’s just had the two simple sugars that are joined together (Lactose) filtered out I’ve been Lactose intolerant for years and this milk means I can enjoy dairy again without any nasty digestive troubles , I too wish Iceland would sell the mature lacto free cheese

Lactofree (refrigerated) is a life changer. It's basically normal cows milk (so tastes no different), but they have broken down the lactose in it, so that it is accessible to people who usually have an intolerance. I've heard that it's better for you than normal milk regardless of intolerance. With Lactofree, I can enjoy normal cereals every day with tasty milk (never was a fan of oat milk or soya) and never have to worry about it, or count my intake. I prefer the blue whole milk and also buy Lactofree cheddar cheese, but Iceland don't seem to stock either of them yet. Catch up, Iceland!

Having been allergic to milk all my life it was a joy to find this product. No more ezema and breathing improved. HAVE RECOMMENDED TO MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS WITH ALLERGIES to milk, my grandchildren have also had wonderful results. Thankyou Arla
