How to cook

Cooking Instructions General

This is a fully cooked product.

Microwave From Chilled

Remove sleeve and film lid and cook on full power for 6 minutes (750w).

Oven cook From Chilled

For best results oven cook. Remove outer sleeve, film lid and garlic mayo before cooking and place the Parmo (in container) on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven 200°C/400°f/Gas Mark 6. Cook for 25 Minutes. When cooked, serve and add Garlic mayo.

Oven cook From Frozen

180°C/380°F/Gas Mark 5. Cook for 40 minutes.
