This Jam Shed Shiraz pays homage to the original winery, located in the historic town of Clare, which first opened for business in 1895. The locals fondly referred to it as 'The Jam Shed' as it had previously been the Old Clare Jam Factory. For well over a century the Jam Shed played a crucial role in the development of the region through both jam and wine production and this quirky, delicious Jam Shed Shiraz has been inspired by the great preserves of old.. Wine of South Eastern, Australia. Jam Shed.

Bit too 'jammy' for me. I found it sweet - more like a port.

An exceptional wine for the price. It's smooth and full bodied with plenty of flavour. No bitter taste of sulphates with this one.

My husband loves South Australian wine, apart from the odd Californian wine it's all he drinks. I can't tell you as I don't drink wine. He says Jam Shed is probably the best he's ever had under a tenner. Fruity too. He recommends.

probably good for a mulled wine, but as a glass of Shiraz unfortunately not. I didn't read the recommendation before buying it.
