Must be aired for 30 minutes to develop a slightly more developed taste or use an instant decanter to directly serve. Sweet tasting direct from uncorking that mellows with time out of bottle. Still it's on the sweeter side. Very young wine with forest fruit tones. Likely barrelled from crushed grape direct to metal or Polish / American oak. No tannin or vanilla tastes. As Malbec's go it's one of the nicer ones. It's not acidic (on the stomach) which is very pleasant. It'd make a safe choice as a great house red. For summer, it'll be a nice choice as its not over powering, but served at 16-18 odd degrees.

Our favourite red wine. If you like a fruity, easy drinking red with a bit of sweetness then this is the one for you! Delicious!

Love this stuff. My husband says it’s a woman’s wine and that suits me fine thank you very much. It’s a a lovely night in with a chick flick.

Far too sweet for me. I couldn't drink it.

Great wine there is a very very slight sweet note at first sip but it's full bodied and delicious, I don't like sweet wines and this is far from sweet !

It's a bit too sweet for me, but if you're after a sweet red wine this likely is the one for you!

Utterly delicious, so much so l nearly drank the whole bottle all by myself. Super smooth, rich dark and jammy like the label states. If you prefer a little tannin in your wine, you may find this too smooth. I have drunk similar quality wines (French/New Zealand), which have been double the price. Therefore this wine is also great value.

One mans wine is another mans poison so I read all the reviews to get a balanced picture. I like Australian and Californian wine because I find them reliable and I dont judge a wine by its price. This wine was new to me so this is a first time review. It is a very dark red and two things struck me. There was no nasty bitter kickback and it was smooth and full bodied. Other review were accurate even those that had negative comments. for me the chocolate flavour was strong but I didn't dislike it so I would buy this again. If you elly like a light wine then I would say probably not for you - Hank

I have liked Jam Shed for a while but had trouble finding it but now Iceland is doing it at a great price so I can buy it with my shopping.
