How to cook
Oven cook From Frozen
Pre heat oven to 200°C/400ºF. Remove a portion (1/5 of pack) from the bag and place on a baking tray. Heat for approx 10-12 minutes until piping hot.

Remove a portion (1/5 of pack) from the bag Place into air fryer basket in a single layer. Set temperature to 190°C. Cook for Approx. 6 Minutes. Shake half way through cooking time.
Shallow Fry From Frozen
Remove a portion (1/5 of pack) from the bag. Place in a hot frying pan and heat. Keep turning the meat until it is piping hot.
