When I first bought these steaks they were really nice but now they are disgusting, they are full of fat and string so will not be buying these again!!!

It's a toss up which is tougher, being locked down for weeks, or this sirloin steak. I think the steak wins hands down. Make sure you have a sharp knife, and good teeth, because you are going to need them.

Irish Beef. Excellent if you need your shoes repairing. Not good for human consumption.

Mostly fat, very poor cuts of meat. Waste of time and money.

We have purchased other cuts (Fillet) from Iceland which gave us confidence to order these in quantity. We have now cooked 3 and they have all been inedible and a total waste of money. There is more sinew and fat than meat and even the dogs would not eat it when we left our full plates for them. There is a quality control problem here - the fillet was fabulous - this has been cut from the cheapest part and sold as part of a store pick rather than customer selection. Would recommend Iceland cease dealing with this supplier or pay more for a decent cut. Much better cuts are available at similar prices elsewhere. If anyone has any ideas what to do with 6 more packs of gristle please let us know.....
