We LOVE this product !! It's very economical and tasty - Considering that a whole pan of fresh leaves cooks down into about a couple of these frozen blocks and there are dozens of blocks in this bag, they are extremely handy to have in the freezer. Microwave 4 mins then a further 2 mins after stirring. Very easy! We find one block per person is all we need. If you like spinach, you'll love these, too :-)

It is as it says whole leaf spinach. Always ready when needed. Good taste

Not how it looks in the picture. This is frozen blocks of spinich that turns to mush/green gloop when defrosted. Looks like a fresh bag of spinich. It isn't. I wanted it for rabbits so no good but can't comment on how it is to cook
