How to cook

Oven Chilled

Fan 180°C Gas 6

Remove from all packaging, including absorbent pad.

Place on a wire rack in a roasting tin.

Cook near the middle of the oven for 15 minutes per 500g plus 20 minutes.

Stand for 10 minutes before carving.
