How to cook
Hob Chilled
Remove from outer packaging, leaving in joint casing.
Place into a pan and cover with boiling water.
Bring back to the boil, cover with lid and simmer for 1 hour 25 minutes.
Do not let the pan boil dry, add extra water if required.
Stand for 10-15 minutes, remove casing before carving.
Oven Chilled
Remove from outer packaging, leaving in joint casing.
Place on a baking tray, cover loosely with foil.
Cook near the middle of the oven.
1 hour 30 minutes into cooking time, remove foil and return to the oven for a further 20 minutes.
Stand for 10 - 15 minutes, remove casing before carving.

Pork Leg (87%), Water, Salt, Dextrose, Stabiliser: Triphosphates; Preservatives: Sodium Nitrite, Potassium Nitrate; Antioxidant: Sodium Ascorbate.
