How to cook
Defrost
Defrost in a refrigerator for 54 hours.
Once defrosted, use immediately.
Oven Frozen
Remove from outer packaging (leave the netting).
Place in a deep sided roasting tin, cover loosely with foil, cook near the middle of the oven.
5 hours into cooking time remove foil and return to oven for 30 minutes.
Stand for 10 minutes, remove netting before carving.

Pork Leg (87%), Water, Salt, Fructose, Sugar, Preservatives: Sodium Nitrite, Potassium Nitrate; Antioxidant: Sodium Ascorbate; Cane Molasses.
