How to cook
BBQ Defrost
Wrap exposed skewers with foil.
Cook on the barbeque, turning frequently until thoroughly cooked, juices run clear and no pink colour remains.
Defrost
in a refrigerator
Cook time:
- 24 hr.
Defrost in a refrigerator for 24 hours.
Ensure the product is thoroughly defrosted before cooking.
Once defrosted, use immediately.
Oven Defrost
Fan 180°C
Cook time:
- 30 min.
Gas 6
Remove outer packaging and film lid.
Place on a baking tray, wrap exposed skewers with foil.
Cook near the middle of the oven for 30 minutes.
Turn half way through cooking time.
Oven Frozen
Fan 180°C
Cook time:
- 40 min.
Gas 6
Remove outer packaging and film lid.
Place on a baking tray, wrap exposed skewers with foil.
Cook near the middle of the oven for 40 minutes.
Turn half way through cooking time.
SKEWERS WILL BE VERY HOT ONCE PRODUCT IS COOKED!
