How to cook


Defrost Cook time: 12 hr.

Defrost in a refrigerator for 12 hours.

Once defrosted keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours.

Pan Fry Defrost

Pan Fry. Cook time: 5 min. - 10 min.

Remove from packaging.

Allow steak to rest at room temperature for 5 minutes.

Lightly season each side of the steak and rub with a little oil.

Heat a little oil in a frying pan over a high heat.

Cook: Rare: 5-6 minutes; Medium: 7-8 minutes; Well done: 10 minutes+.

Turn every 2 minutes.

Reduce heat if necessary.

Allow steak to rest for 2 minutes before serving.

Don't pan fry, no good. Oven at 300 for 1 hour, very nice indeed. You have been warned lol

Cannot pan fry this without cutting it in half it’s far too thick. Very Disappointing!
