How to cook

Defrost

In a refrigerator

Defrost in a refrigerator for 24 hours.

Once defrosted keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours.


Oven Chilled

Fan 180°C Cook time: 25 min.

Gas 6 Cook time: 25 min.

Pre-heat oven Fan 180°C/Gas 6.

Remove from all packaging, place sauce sachet to one side.

Place in a roasting tin or ovenproof dish near the middle of the oven for 25 minutes.

10 minutes before beef is ready, place unopened sauce sachet in a bowl of hot water.

Place beef on a serving plate, pour over juices, serve sauce with or over the beef.


Hob Frozen

Fan 180°C Cook time: 35 min.

Gas 6 Cook time: 35 min.

Remove outer packaging, place sauce sachet to one side.

Place unopened bag of beef into a large pan of boiling water.

Bring back to the boil and simmer for 25 minutes (Do not let the pan boil dry).

Finish in the oven or on the barbecue.

Pre-heat oven Fan 180°C/Gas 6.

Remove from all packaging.

Place in a roasting tin near the middle of the oven for 10 minutes.
