Microwave Frozen

Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid several times.

Place on a microwaveable plate.

Cook for 5 minutes.

Stir, replace film lid and cook for a further 2 minutes 30 seconds.

Stand for 1 minute, stir before serving.

Oven Frozen

Fan 190°C

Cook Time

- 40 min.


Gas 6

Pre-heat oven Fan 190°C/Gas 6.

Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid several times.

Place on a baking tray near the middle of the oven.

30 minutes into cooking time, stir, replace film lid, return to oven for a further 10 minutes.

Stand for 1 minute, stir before serving.

Defrost

in a refrigerator

Cook Time

- 24 hr.


Defrost in a refrigerator for 24 hours.

Once defrosted keep refrigerated and use within 3 days.
