Break tab, remove lid and place loosely back on top.

Place on a microwaveable plate.

Cook for 4 minutes.

Remove lid, stir thoroughly, loosely replace lid and cook for a further 2 minutes.

Stand for 1 minute, stir before serving.

Defrost

in a refrigerator

Cook Time

- 24 hr.


Defrost in a refrigerator for 24 hours.

Once defrosted keep refrigerated and use within 3 days.

Microwave Defrost

- 4 min.
