Microwave Frozen

Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid several times.

Place on a microwaveable plate.

Cook for 6 minutes.

Stir, cook for a further 2 minutes.

Stand for 1 minute, stir before serving.

Oven Frozen

Fan 180°C

Cook Time

- 45 min.


Gas 6

Pre-heat oven Fan 180°C/Gas 6.

Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid several times.

Place on a baking tray near the middle of the oven.

30 minutes into cooking time, stir, remove film lid, return to oven for 15 minutes.

Stir before serving.
