How to cook
Hob Frozen
Remove outer packaging (leave in joint casing).
Place into a pan and cover with boiling water.
Bring back to the boil, cover with a lid and simmer for 1 hour 15 minutes (Do not let the pan boil dry, add extra water if required).
Allow to stand for 10-15 minutes remove casing before carving.
Oven Frozen
Remove outer packaging (leaving in joint casing).
Cover loosely with foil.
Place on a baking tray near the middle of the oven for 1 hour 15 minutes.
Remove foil and casing, return to oven for 10 minutes.
Allow to stand for 10-15 minutes before carving.
