How to cook

Oven Chilled

Fan 180°C Cook time: - 2 hr. 30 min.

Gas 6

Remove from outer packaging (leave the netting).

Place in a deep sided roasting tin, cover loosely with foil.

Place near the middle of the oven.

2 hours into cooking time, remove foil, return to oven for 30 minutes.

Stand for 10 minutes, remove netting before carving.

Pork Leg (87%), Water, Salt, Fructose Powder, Sugar, Preservatives: Sodium Nitrite, Potassium Nitrate; Antioxidant: Sodium Ascorbate; Cane Molasses.
