How to cook
Oven Chilled

Gas 6
Remove from all packaging.
Decant into an ovenproof dish skin side up.
Place near the middle of the oven, 40 minutes into cooking time evenly drizzle sauce over, return to the oven for a further 10 minutes.
Place on a serving plate, drizzle any sauce left in the dish over the duck, rest for 5 minutes.
Shred with 2 forks to serve.

I love duck and didn't think it could get any better, until I tried slow cooked duck. Wow! All that ducky taste but with amazingly tender meat. Definitely reccomend.
