How to cook
Oven Frozen

Cook Time

Based on a whole pack.
Pre-heat oven Fan 180°C/Gas 6.
Remove from all packaging, decant onto a lined baking tray, cover loosely with foil.
Cook near the middle of the oven for 45 minutes.
To serve: baste the ribs with the sauce from the dish before serving.

Remove outer packaging, pierce pouch several times.
Place into a microwaveable dish.
Cook for 6 minutes.
Shake pouch gently, stand for 1 minute.
Cook for a further 6 minutes.
Stand for 1 minute before serving.
To serve: decant onto a serving dish and baste with the sauce.
