How to cook

Oven Frozen

Fan 180ºC Cook time: 2 hr. 15 min.

Gas 6 Cook time: 2 hr. 15 min.

. Fan 180°C/Gas 6.

Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid once.

Place on a baking tray near the middle of the oven.

2 hours into cooking time, remove film lid, baste, return to oven for 15 minutes.

Stand for 10 minutes before carving.


Defrost

In a refrigerator Cook time: 48 hr.

Defrost in a refrigerator for 48 hours.

Once defrosted, cook within 24 hours.


Oven Defrost

Fan 180°C Cook time: 1 hr. 45 min.

Gas 6 Cook time: 1 hr. 45 min.

Pre-heat oven.

1 hour 30 minutes into cooking time, remove film lid, baste, return to oven for 15 minutes.

Stand for 10 minutes before carving.
