How to cook
Oven Frozen
For conventional electric ovens adjust time and temperature to suit.
Pre-heat oven.
Remove outer packaging and film lid.
Cover loosely with foil.
Place on a baking tray near the middle of the oven .
60 minutes into cooking time, remove foil, return to oven for a further 60 minutes.
Stand for 10 minutes, remove string before carving.

I usually hate pork but this was so tasty. Pork was juicy and the stuffing was tasty.

Well what can I say not going to get this again for Sunday lunch, might get it for the cats as they ate it. Had to recook Sunday lunch, the stuffing came out looked a mess, meat was tough and not much taste

Very disappointed as very bland, it had green stuff all over it which I hated. Never getting this again.

I like it, the dog likes it, it crackles up nicely if you remember to take off the foil for the second hour, what's not to like?

Not overly impressed with this pork joint. I agree, the taste was bland.

As with anything, looks great on the packaging, but this not so great on taste. Good job I only made it for two people as this would never have served my family of four (but they all have large appetites) won’t try again

Old version of this was easily 4 stars. New swirl design is rather bland and no longer tastes like a Pork joint
