How to cook

Oven Frozen

Fan 180ºC Cook time: 2 hr. 25 min. - 2 hr. 30 min.

Gas 6 Cook time: 2 hr. 25 min. - 2 hr. 30 min.

Pre-heat oven Fan 180°C/Gas 6.

Remove outer packaging and film lid.

Cover loosely with foil.

Place on a baking tray near the middle of the oven.

1 hour into cooking time, remove foil, return to oven for 1 hour 25-30 minutes.

Stand for 10 minutes before carving.


Defrost

In a refrigerator

Drain before cooking.

Once defrosted, cook within 24 hours.
