How to cook

Empty required amount into a mircowaveable dish.

Cover with film and pierce several times.

Cook for 3 minutes 30 seconds.

Stand for 1 minute, stir before serving.

Pan Fry Cook time: 6 min.

Heat a little oil in a frying pan over a low to medium heat.

Add required amount to the pan.

Fry over over a low to medium heat for 6 minutes.

Stir frequently, reduce heat if necessary.

I love this stuff, great with rice or couscous mixed in. You can have with bacon pieces or diced ham, cucumber, tomatoes. Great cold or hot :)
