How to cook

Oven Defrost

Fan 180°C Cook time: - 1 hr. 20 min.

Gas 6

Remove outer packaging and film lid, pat dry with kitchen paper (optional - for a crispier crackling brush with a little oil and salt).

Place on a baking tray near the middle of the oven for Fan 1 hour 20 minutes/Gas 1 hour 25 minutes.

Stand for 10 minutes before carving.


Oven Frozen

Fan 180°C Cook time: - 1 hr. 35 min.

Gas 6

Remove outer packaging and film lid.

Place on a baking tray near the middle of the oven for Fan 1 hour 35 minutes/Gas 1 hour 40 minutes.

Stand for 10 minutes before carving.

Pork Leg (88%), Water, Salt, Modified Waxy Maize Starch, Sugar, Potato Starch, Antioxidant: Sodium Ascorbate.

this is without doubt the most disgusting piece of meat ive experienced really fatty [half inch of grease in tray] bear in mind this is leg not shoulder of pork!

Very disappointed in this pork. It was very fatty and tasteless. It was quite small and certainly would not have been enough for 3/4 people.

Very tasty piece of pork have had this a few times now and have no complaints about it either.

Very disappointing. I bought this thinking it would do two meals for my husband and I. It didn’t even do one. I cooked it exactly as the instructions said, but when I carved it there were several pink patches on the meat. I put it back in the oven for another 15 mins, but there were only a few pieces that looked as though they were properly cooked. I didn’t fancy eating more of it the next day, so it went in the bin. I bought a chicken joint at the same time and now I’m not looking forward to that either!

So delicious! Probably the nicest pork I've had! So much flavour. I'd say u can get 3 large portions out of it. My crackling was really tough tho so a bit of advice on why if anyone can help? Will buy this again definitely

Very nice cut of meat and, even though it didn't have the shape of the piece in the picture, it cut well and tasted really good. Although I followed the instructions to the letter, the crackling turned out a bit soft. Would have served three at a pinch.

Similar to feedback below; nothing like picture. flat piece of pork meat off cut filling about 2/3 of container. Covered with a separate shaped lump of fat. Meat too thin to carve, just cut in half, not enough for two servings and very tough - never purchase again

Small but very flavorful crackling not crispy but I'll try salting it the next time.

very tender perfect crackling

Very good value, I shall buy it again. I cooked it on a lower temperature than recommend and used a meat thermometer to check that it was cooked through and it was delicious, my only disappointment was that there was only half of the rind/cracking on the joint which was a shame, the bit of crackling that I ate was delicious, mmm!
